TREK OVERVIEW
The Marangu “Coca Cola" Route
This route is also known as the ‘Coca-Cola’ route, and it is a classic trek on Mount Kilimanjaro, but also the oldest and best-established route. Many people prefer to use Marangu, since it is considered the easiest route up the mountain due to its gradual slope. It is also the only route that has dormitory-style sleeping huts. The minimum number of days required for this route is five, but successfully reaching the top within this time is rather difficult. Spending an extra acclimatization day on the mountain is essential to improve your chances of reaching Uhuru Peak.

The drivers were amazing they explained everything so well and we saw the big 5Posted on Anna FVerified 3 day safari I went on the 3 day safari with a group of friends. The guides were amazing and knew everything about the parks, and it was really nice to get to visit 3 different parks. The food was incredible. However, the accommodation was not great. The beds were very hard and the common area was uncomfortable. It was definitely not good value for money in terms of the accommodation. Other than that, the safari was greatPosted on Faye MVerified Best experience of my whole entire life! Myself and my 6 friends had the most amazing experience on safari with Maisha adventures. We visited Lake Manyara, Ngorogoro Crater and Terngere National Park. Benni our guide was so kind and helpful and he looked after us so well. Our accommodation and food was very enjoyable with delicious food and kind staff. The safari itself was the best experience I’ve ever had. We saw the big 5 and much more. I couldn’t recommend this trip enough and the 3 different locations added something interesting and fun to every day! 10/10 couldn’t recommend enough!!Posted on Sherpa04208727876Verified Amazing experience! I went on a 3 day safari to Lake Manyara National Park, Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire National Park. All the parks have unique landscapes that makes every day different! By the start of day 2 we had already spotted the big 5! Our guide Benny was amazing, racing us to spot animals that he had heard over the radio, and accommodating for all our picture and video taking. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions about the parks, animals and culture. Additionally, our chef Peter cooked us the most delicious meals and always made sure we were fueled for the day. I highly recommend doing a safari with Maisha Adventures, especially Benny and Peter :)Posted on Kendall EVerified Trip of a lifetime!!
